GRADE TRACKER PRO
for Schools
Students can handle hard work. What rattles them is not knowing what one bad result means, how scaling changes the picture, or where their next hour of study matters most. Grade Tracker Pro gives schools a clearer, calmer answer.
Schools can show trajectory, risk, and next-best action while the year is still salvageable, instead of leaving students to catastrophise over isolated results.
“I built Grade Tracker Pro because students should not need a spreadsheet, sleepless night, or lucky reassurance to understand whether they are still okay. Clarity should be standard.”
It was not. I built a spreadsheet to model my marks and ATAR trajectory, and the numbers showed I was still fine. That one insight removed a huge amount of anxiety and made one thing obvious: students do not just need marks, they need meaning.
Each section of the product should earn its place. For schools, the value is not more software. It is calmer students, earlier intervention, and better-informed conversations while there is still time to act.
Many students do not panic because they are lazy. They panic because they do not know what one result actually means.
Grade Tracker Pro helps students interpret marks earlier, see how subjects are trending, and understand where their next hour of effort matters most. When clarity arrives earlier, stress becomes easier to manage.
Schools already know the pattern: the same high-anxiety questions return every term.
"Where am I really sitting?"
"Should I change subjects?"
"What should I prioritise this week?"
Students can explore those questions with better context first, so counsellor time is spent on meaningful support instead of repeated triage.
By the time formal reporting shows a student is slipping, valuable weeks are already gone.
With live subject tracking and clearer performance signals, students can identify drift sooner and staff can step into better conversations before the situation hardens into panic.
Families often meet uncertainty with emotion. Schools need a more credible support story than reassurance alone.
When students can point to trends, indicative trajectory, and study priorities, parent conversations become calmer, more practical, and more grounded in evidence.
This is not a replacement for Compass, SEQTA, or Canvas. It is the student-facing layer that helps students interpret results, prioritise effort, and stay organised between reporting cycles.
Designed primarily for school operations
Strong for teaching workflows
Useful for school-wide management
Students actively track and interpret their own results instead of passively refreshing a portal.
Students can see where effort is likely to matter most, not just where the latest number looks worst.
Timetables, countdowns, planning tools, and assessment tracking help the platform stay useful between results.
Schools can pilot it without a complex IT project, staff training overhead, or changes to existing systems.
Grade Tracker Pro does not pretend to predict a final ATAR with perfect accuracy. Cohort performance, external exams, and scaling adjustments still matter. What the platform can do is give students a more informed sense of trajectory while there is still time to respond.
That distinction matters. The value of the product is not false certainty. It is better decisions, stronger study habits, and calmer conversations built from clearer information.
No complex integrations. No student lists. No extra staff workload to get started.
We verify your school email domain so eligible students can self-serve access without account spreadsheets.
Students create accounts with their school email and can get started quickly after verification is in place.
Students add subjects, enter assessments, and begin building a live picture of progress across the year.
Students track trends, plan study time, and use indicative ATAR guidance as a compass rather than a promise.
Student data is stored in Firebase Firestore, hosted in Google's australia-southeast1 (Sydney) data centre. Data never leaves Australia. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS. Students own their data and can export or delete their account at any time.
No. Grade Tracker Pro is self-service for students. Teachers don't need to enter grades, manage accounts, or learn new software. Students enter their own assessment results, putting ownership in their hands with zero additional workload for staff.
Simple: we verify your school's email domain, and students can sign up using their school email address. No student lists required. Verification and setup can be completed within 24 hours.
For school licenses, we provide aggregated, anonymised usage reports showing active students and engagement patterns. We don't provide individual student data, grades, or ATAR estimates to schools. Students maintain full privacy.
Grade Tracker Pro is designed primarily for ATAR-pathway students in WA's WACE system. However, students on VET or General pathways can still use the productivity tools (TodoBoard, Pomodoro, Timetable) and grade tracking features—the core ATAR-specific calculations just won't apply to them.
Any year level. While ATAR features are most relevant for Years 11 and 12, we've had students as young as Year 7 use Grade Tracker Pro to track their grades and stay organised. Where modern LMS systems fall short on student-facing insights, Grade Tracker Pro picks up the slack—serving students' interests at every stage.
Book a short demo or ask about a semester pilot. We can show what students see, how setup works, and whether the product fits the kind of support story your school wants to offer.
